Phantogram Live at The Union Event Center in Salt Lake City

February 24, 2025

Electronic/dream pop duo Phantogram brought their Running Through Colors Tour to The Union Event Center in Salt Lake City last week, delivering one of the most electrifying performances to hit Utah.  Joined by special guests Ginger and the Peppers, the night was a spectacle of both music and lights that left fans in awe.

Fans packed The Union Event Center anticipating Phantogram’s blend of hypnotic beats and raw energy combined with a light show that turns the concert into a full sensory experience.  In a performance that lived up to its promise Phantogram once again proved why they are one of the most captivating live acts today.

From the moment the band took the stage the crowd was hypnotized.  Anchored by Sarah Barthel’s beautiful vocals and Josh Carter’s searing guitar riffs, the band created a dreamlike soundscape that filled the venue.  Fans danced beneath a brooding light show as the haze illuminated the crowd and synth driven waves of music washed over the crowd.

As the show progressed the concert felt more like a journey of the senses as song after song took us all on an ethereal trip through light, sound and emotions building all towards an epic climax of the night when the band played the smash hit “When I’m Small” closing out the night.

The Running Through Colors Tour continues tonight in Portland, Oregon, before heading to San Francisco on Wednesday and closing out in Hollywood on Friday.  Judging by the reaction and performance of this show, fans in those cities are in for an unforgettable experience.
